With respect to the Spanish taught courses: There is an English website where you can find the study plans, by clicking on the bachelor degree and then on "study plan": http://international.ucam.edu/studies
but no detailed description of the courses.
For detailed descriptions you have to consult the Spanish website:
http://www.ucam.edu/estudios/grados
click on the degree and then on "plan de estudios", course description are accessed by clicking on the name of the course (please note that for second, third and fourth year's courses, you have to click on 2º curso, 3º curso etc) . On the third page of each course guide, there should be a description in English of the course.

On Murcia campus, we have a residence https://www.ucam.edu/servicios/alojamientos/residencial. Due to the high demand, it is usually very difficult to find a place. So usually exchange students have to look for private accommodation themselves.
